After calling for a one hour recess to deliberate, judge Susana Barreiros returned to the courtroom after an hour and a half delay to issue her verdict.
The verdict in the case against Leopoldo Lopez, Angel Gonzalez, Christian Holdack, Damien Martin:
- Leopoldo Lopez: Guilty; sentenced to 13 years, 9 months, seven days and 12 hours in the Ramo Verde military prison.
- Angel Gonzalez: Guilty; sentenced to 4 years and six months of house arrest.
- Christian Holdack: Guilty; sentenced to 10 years of house arrest.
- Damien Martin: Guilty; sentenced to 4 years and six months of house arrest.
